Thermal Testing

Objective: This test involves using an environmental chamber to expose samples to extreme temperature conditions to simulate the impact of longer term environmental exposure.  In this test, panels are secured to a frame and exposed to temperatures from -40ºF to 180ºF in 200 3-hour cycles.  At an interval of every 25 cycles, panels are comparatively analyzed for microcracking and any other surface issues.
